Ernesto

...and that's how it is down here on the Outer Banks. Tropical Storm Enersto is just a memory for folks around here. The sun is coming back out and the bathers are returning. I think that maybe I'll join them. Ha ha.

Ha ha. Thank you for that insightful report on Tropical Storm Er-nest-o, Bambi.

Now, don't forget your sunscreen! Ha ha.

let's check in now with our Richmond Storm Team. How's the weather down there, Juan?

Well, it looks to me like the drought is over. What does it look like to you, you stupid twit? Liquid sunshine? And why the f*ck do I always get the lousy assignments anyway? How come it's always me that has to stand around in the f*cking floods? "Look at how deep the water is folks, it's almost over the tops of my boots!" Morons. You want to know the what the f*cking weather is ? Get off your lazy ass an GO OUTSIDE!

We appear to be having technical difficulties with Juan's connection.

I'll bet that bitch Bambi isn't up to her armpits in snakes and dirty water. She's probably out in the sun on some beach batting eyes and being stupid. Right? Am I RIGHT???

We'll be right back, after this word from Mother Sheehan.

Do people find you annoying?

Excellent spd! LOL, I love the phone booth picture. Just out of curiosity were you trying to call 911 or the office?

So like is it raining down there?

Jump in Jeebuz - I've got something to say about it.

It wasn't even exciting by the time it got to us. It was just raining consistenly - boring - tired - and raining. On a normal Saturday, I'd be up at eight, by ten have two load of laundry done, grocery shopping done and bills paid.

Today, I got up at 10. Watched two hours of Fairly Odd Parents (if you have to ask, don't bother). Made a list for Bob to go out, of course, Jess wanted to go with him. (No honey, it's nasty out.. maybe mom will play a game with you).

Thanks, Bob. I should have ventured myself. Girl shows up with Monopoly.

Marathon Monopoly. Five hours later, she's got $8,132 to my $31.

But worse, I'm still in my pajamas, it's now four in the afternoon, nothing has been accomplished and somehow a six year old not only kicked my ass in Monopoly but I can no longer stand upright to boot.

Now that I think about it, it may have been the best day I've had in a long time.

Oh, and Cindy Sheehan looks like the "before" picture, in case I didn't mention that before. No offense, mother Sheehan, but stay out of the sun.

So does Richmond act like a big tub with a plugged up drain when it rains?
