Sorry, guys and gals. I have been enmeshed in "the perfect storm" of manufacturing three applellate briefs (and accompanying Motions, etc.) in as many weeks. Father's Day was a complete washout, having repaired to the house at 3 a.m. Monday. I haven't given any attention to me, my clients, my family, or you.
