I know I have promised to the many legions of faithful Heigh-ho readers a treatise on how the Civil Rights Act is currently being twisted from its initial purposes and ursuped so as to permit multi-national corporations to inflict unconscionable legal costs upon unsuspecting citzens and businessmen who seek only to vindicate their rights under state laws that were never adjudged unconstitutional, while permitting those who enacted and enforced such laws to claim qualified immunity.
But I'm kind of busy writing a petition to the Chief Justice for certiorari.
This is a hell of a thing.
Trust me.
More later.

Empty promises. I waited by the phone all night. You could at least call the treatise in.
